Terms & Conditions
Laundry Subscription Service — please read these terms before subscribing or using Smart Wassh services.

1. Subscription
Valid only for the selected plan and subscription period.
Non-transferable and payable in advance.
No cash exchange or transfer of subscription.
2. Pickup & delivery
Minimum 7 KG required per pickup/lot.
Pickup and delivery as per scheduled timings.
Standard turnaround: 24–36 hours.
Laundry must be handed over in the designated laundry bag.
3. Weight & plan
Each plan has a fixed monthly weight limit.
Excess weight will be charged separately.
Unused quota cannot normally be carried forward.
Weight will be measured by Smart Wassh.
4. Washing & care
Washing includes dedicated liquid detergent & fabric softener.
Special-care garments must be declared before collection.
Delicate/special-care garments are processed at the customer's risk.
5. Stains & damage
Stain treatment is not included.
Normal washing does not guarantee complete stain removal.
Special stain treatment, if available, is chargeable separately.
Smart Wassh is not responsible for pre-existing stains, colour bleeding, shrinkage, fading or normal wear and tear.
Remove valuables and personal items from pockets.
6. Missing / damaged items
Please check laundry upon delivery.
Report any missing, damaged or incorrect item within 24 hours.
7. Ironing
Ironing is included only in plans that specifically mention ironing.
8. Items not accepted
Hazardous, highly contaminated or chemical/oil-contaminated items.
Flammable materials.
Items requiring specialised treatment without prior approval.
Items that may damage equipment or other customers' laundry.
9. Cancellation & refund
Subject to the applicable subscription policy.
Refunds may not be available after substantial service usage.
10. Customer responsibility
Provide correct contact/delivery details.
Inform Smart Wassh of special care requirements.
Remove valuables before handing over laundry.
Ensure minimum 7 KG per pickup.
11. Service area
Pickup and delivery are available only in designated Smart Wassh service areas and participating communities.
Acceptance
By subscribing, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
